How can create folder without name and icon

how can create folder with out name and icon,This steps is simple way to hide your folder with out any software.

Simply do this steps.
Create one folder, they take default name (new folder) delete them, now press Alt+255 and hit enter, now you got a folder with out name like below

Now right click that folder, go to the properties>customize>change icon>now small window is appear on the screen like below
Now you search where the none icon in that window (none icon means empty space between two icon see above image),
Select that empty space, then click ok button, then click Apply and ok.
Now your folder was hiding

If your want show folder select that folder change icon and rename that folder.
